Griffin Meredith

Griffin Meredith is Founder of Commonwealth Insurance Partners and CIP Risk, a Louisville, KY based Risk Management Agency.  Griffin has been in the risk management and employee benefits space for over 20 years.  He is an exclusive Management partner of the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers Association Health Plan.

Griffin is a Health-Rosetta Certified Advisor and Mastermind Partner of the Next-Gen Benefits Network.  He is the founder and host of the “Built in the Bluegrass Podcast” that highlights the many great things made in Kentucky, and author of the Amazon best seller “Life and Death Decisions in the C-Suite”.  Griffin has served professionally as President of the Kentucky and Greater Louisville Chapters of the National Association of Health Underwriters.  He is a graduate of Leadership Louisville and the FFTA NeXt Leadership Program, a Rotarian, and serves on various non-profit philanthropic boards.  He has been a real estate investor and developer, and currently serves as a Director and Secretary of The Lincoln National Bank, a $400 Million full-service community bank in Central Kentucky.

Griffin is a graduate of Centre College and resides in Louisville, KY with his wife Sara, Herd Manager of the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation and his children Maddox, Margaux, and an addition to hopefully be named in March of 2023
